PUBLIC POLICY // LIFETIME ACCESSTerms
These terms describe the public site and the one-time lifetime-access offer. The seller identity and transaction details are shown during PayPal checkout.
1. Independent editorial archive
Messi Memoir is an independent research, commentary and digital-archive service. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Lionel Messi, FIFA, AFA, FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Miami or any other club, league or rights holder.
2. Access identity
The public homepage is open to visitors. Detailed archive material requires an active entitlement, but buyers do not need to register with Messi Memoir before paying. After verification, a secure browser token recognises the purchase; optional ChatGPT sign-in can help restore access when it uses the same email as the PayPal purchase. Access is personal and may not be resold, shared at scale or used to scrape, republish or redistribute the archive.
3. Payments
The current temporary test offer is a one-time US$1 purchase (regular price US$20) for continuing access to Messi Memoir's editorial archive, not ownership of third-party media. The promotional price may change or end before purchase; PayPal shows the final amount before confirmation. Access is granted only after server-side payment verification and is revoked after a verified full refund or payment reversal.
4. Copyright and third-party media
Messi Memoir's original text, interface and artwork are protected. Photography is used under the individual licences recorded in the Media Rights ledger. Third-party films remain in publisher-controlled embeds and may be removed, blocked or changed by their owners or by region.
5. Accuracy and corrections
The archive aims to distinguish primary evidence, reputable reporting and editorial synthesis. Football records can depend on scope and methodology. Material errors can be reported through the feedback form and will be reviewed against named sources.
6. Availability and changes
The service may evolve, and individual embeds or sources may become unavailable. We may replace a source, correct a record, add chapters, or suspend access when required for security, law, maintenance or rights compliance.
