The product uses only the purchase, entitlement and anonymous funnel information needed to protect the archive and improve the journey. PayPal receives the payment details required to process a purchase.
PayPal processes payment details and returns the purchaser email, name when available, order status and refund status. Messi Memoir does not receive or store full card numbers. If you later sign in with ChatGPT, the service receives the identity information needed to recognise that sign-in. Feedback submissions may include the message and an optional email.
The purchaser email, secure browser token and order reference are used to grant or revoke archive access, restore an eligible purchase, prevent abuse and make entitlement changes reliable and idempotent.
Language choice and Memory Postcard progress are stored locally in the visitor's browser. A random identifier is kept only for the current browser-tab session so repeated page refreshes do not inflate conversion counts. Clearing or closing the session removes that identifier; it is not used for cross-device tracking.
